May 8 - 11, 2009
Only local teams would be scheduled
to play Friday, May 9. Teams are
guaranteed a minimum of 3 games.

U9 - U19 Boys & Girls
U9 - U10 ( 6 v 6 ), U11 - U12 ( 8 v 8 ),
U13 - U19
(11 v 11)
Application
A completed application form and the
entry fee must be received by April
6, 2009. Teams will be notified of
acceptance by April 12, 2009. All
tournament information will be
mailed with acceptance letter.

Awards
Champions and runners-up in age groups
U11 - U19 will receive trophies. Per Indiana Youth Soccer
guidelines, all teams in
the U9 & U10 age groups will receive
participation awards.
