Team Check-In
Check-in will be Friday, May 9, 2008 from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. AND Saturday, May 10, 2008 , 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Metro Sports Center in Evansville. Teams playing Friday MUST
check-in at the field site one hour before game
time.
The following items must be presented at
check-in:
1 . Travel
Permit (out of state teams).
2. State approved
roster (copy). Up to 3 guest players permitted.
3. Notarized
medical release forms.
4. Player
cards.
Items 1 and 2 will be kept by the tournament!
