Please read the following before proceeding with the application process.

• Application Deadline is April 5, 2010
   
• The tournament is sanctioned by US Youth Soccer. Click here for our Permission to Host form.
   
• Application to the tournament is not complete until the application and entry fee is received.
   
• The application and fee must be postmarked by April 6, 2009 to be guaranteed consideration for the tournament. Applications received after this date will be placed on a waiting list. If your team is not accepted you will receive a full refund. Cashing of entry fee checks does not indicate acceptance to the tournament.
   
• Per Indiana Youth Soccer rules, U9 and U10 teams will play 6 v 6, U11 teams will play 8 v 8, and U12 teams have the choice of playing 8 v 8 or 11 v 11. There are no awards for first or second place for U9 and U10 teams. All players in those age groups receive participation awards. We highly recommend that you download and read our complete tournament rules.
   
• If your team withdraws after being accepted you will forfeit the entire entry fee. Accepted teams will be posted by April 12, 2009.
   
• Local teams may be scheduled to play on Friday night.
   
• You must utilize the tournament housing service, Site Search, for your hotel reservations.
   
• We do not accept credit card payment for the entry fee at this time.
   
• If you do not receive a confirmation page after completing the application, or have any other problems or questions about the application process, contact the Tournament Director.
