All teams, except teams playing Friday night, must check-in at one of the following times:

- Friday, May 7, 2010 from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. OR
- Saturday, May 8, 2010 , 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Teams playing Friday MUST check-in at site of their game one hour prior to their scheduled game start time.

The following items must be presented at check-in:
       
    1 . Travel Permit (out of state US Youth Soccer teams). 
    2.  State approved roster (copy). Up to 3 guest players permitted.
    3.  Notarized medical release forms.
    4.  Laminated player cards.

Items 1 and 2 will be kept by the tournament!
